DCC INTRODUCES NEXT GENERATION IN HIGH-SPEED NOTIFICATION TECHNOLOGY

Franklin, Tennessee– DCC (Dialogic Communications Corporation), the nation's leading high-speed notification technology provider, has unveiled Communicator!NXT - - a groundbreaking notification software that enables users to instantly distribute critical information to thousands of recipients from anywhere in the world using the internet.

DCC's family of patented, high-speed communication software is utilized by law enforcement agencies, the United States military, Fortune 500 companies and other organizations in 24 countries. The technology provides the speed and accuracy required for large-scale emergency and routine communications such as terrorist threats, inclement weather warnings and evacuation notices, corporate contingencies and employee accountability.

"Communicator!NXT represents an important evolution in DCC's high-speed notification technology," said Chuck Smith, chief technology officer and founder of the company. "Mobility has become so essential in today's various markets, industries and public sectors that customers are seeking absolute freedom from one central location when the situation for rapid, widespread notification arises. This software answers the user's mobile need through the internet, allowing a single individual to notify an entire community or employee roster without hesitation and regardless of location."

Communicator!NXT is a totally portable web product that utilizes the popular Microsoft.NET® platform. It automates manual notification processes, alerting first responders by phone, pager or email. It delivers incident-specific information and/or
potentially life-saving instruction and confirms message receipt. It also provides comprehensive reports detailing the results of the notification.

"We have taken a number of measures to ensure that Communicator!NXT is simple to install, use and integrate with existing software products," said Smith. "In an emergency situation, you need to be able to act quickly. We have built-in guides that walk a user through the entire notification process, allowing he or she to better focus on the situation at hand rather than the specifics of communicating the message."
