DCC Names New Product Managers (this title does not apply to their jobs)

Franklin, TN – DCC (Dialogic Communications Corporation), the nation’s leading provider of high-speed notification technology, , has promoted Darlene Cartmell to Manager of Quality Assurance and Wendee Howell to Manager, DCC Customer Advocacy Program with the company.

In their new roles, Cartmell and Howell will work closely with all DCC departments and clients to meet the company’s objectives for future growth and expansion.

• Cartmell will be responsible for managing the testing effort of DCC’s products and reporting      progress to Senior Management. In her position, she will also determine the QA resource needs for testing all solutions.
• Howell will be responsible for managing DCC’s newly established customer advocacy program, providing customized support service and special project management to clients.

“Both Wendee and Darlene bring valuable skills and experience to our product development and customer support operations,” said Gene Kirby, President of DCC. "Our clients will benefit from their knowledge and expertise as we continue to provide leading-edge notification products and services."

Cartmell, a native of Lubbock, Texas, has served as Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for DCC for the past two years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado. She is a member of Toastmasters International, Inc. and the Let’s Talk Franklin Toastmasters Club #2870.

Howell, a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, joined DCC in September of 2000. She has also held the position of professional development product manager at DCC. Howell previously served as an account management consultant for Keane, Inc. and as a business analyst for Electronic Data Systems and First Union National Bank. She is also a member of Toastmasters International, Inc., and founded the Let’s Talk Franklin Toastmasters Club #2870.
