The strategic partnership will allow both organizations to sell Phonetic Systems industry-leading voice-enabled auto attendant and data retrieval software, PhoneticOperator, and DCCs signature high-speed notification product, The
Communicator!. Both organizations are currently developing software interfaces that will enable the two products to work together. By combining an easy-to-use speech interface with emergency broadcast messaging, customers
benefit by being able to instantly initiate a message to a group by simply using their voice. This removes the need to carry wallet cards with IDs, PINs, distribution lists, etc. Caller identities can be authenticated with speaker verification, spoken passwords, or other security methods.
