DCC Announces Partnership with OpWatch™

- Business Continuity Provider Integrates DCC’s Industry Leading High-Speed Notification Technology -

Nashville, TN – DCC (Dialogic Communications Corporation), the nation’s leading developer of high-speed notification technology, today announced a reseller partnership with OpWatch™, a business continuity consulting group and software developer and a division of Paradigm Solutions Corp.

The partnership will enable OpWatch™ to integrate DCC’s signature high-speed notification product, The Communicator!™, with its OpsManager™, software that helps state, county and local governments and businesses better manage operational and service interruptions.

The Communicator! automates the manual notification procedures associated with terrorism threats, evacuations, inclement weather, corporate contingencies and more. By integrating The Communicator!, OpWatch™ clients will be able to quickly send incident-specific messages via phone, pager, fax and email to key audiences, including individuals, groups or teams, in crisis situations. Users will have access to message receipts as well as comprehensive reports detailing call-out results.
