DCC Announces Joint Reseller Partnership with IntraNext Systems

Industry Leaders Join Forces, Provide End-to-End Contact Center Solutions

Franklin, Tennessee– DCC (Dialogic Communications Corporation), the cable and telecommunications industry's leading developer of IVR (interactive voice response) technology, today announced a partnership with IntraNext Systems, a leading provider of industry-wide CTI (computer telephony integration) solutions, according to Gene Kirby, president and chairman of DCC.

 The partnership will enable DCC to integrate IntraNext's advanced CTI solutions with its Frontwave™ product suite, ultimately providing customers with an end-to-end contact center solution.

Based on a proven IVR platform, Frontwave allows contact centers of any size to take advantage of the latest call processing technology.  Coupled with IntraNext's CTI technology, Frontwave users will be able to utilize rule-based routing intelligence and real-time data to quickly deliver customers to the best available resource, significantly improving the customer experience.
