- Two-Day Event Planned to Share Expertise, Ideas and Strengthen Customer Service Initiatives in the Call Center Environment -

Franklin, Tennessee – DCC (Dialogic Communications Corporation) – the home entertainment industry’s leading provider of interactive voice response (IVR) technology, is holding an educational workshop on IVR technology at Aladdin Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 22 – 23. Representatives from Time Warner, Comcast and Charter Communications are scheduled to attend.

The two-day workshop will focus on DCC’s proven IVR product suite, Frontwave™, and will provide attendees with the knowledge and tools needed to plan, design and implement effective touch-tone and speech recognition customer self-service systems.

DCC partners, ScanSoft®, a leading supplier of imaging, speech and language solutions, and IntraNext® Systems, a CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) solutions developer, will also be in attendance to share new developments and discuss issues impacting call centers.
