DCC Names Simpson as New Vice President
Franklin, Tennessee – DCC (Dialogic Communications Corporation), the global leader in critical communications technology, has named Patricia Simpson as vice president of support services and quality assurance, according to Gene Kirby, president of DCC.
In this new position, effective immediately, Simpson will oversee all of the after installation support for DCC customers, including quality assurance of the products.
“Patti has been instrumental in the success of our company,” said Kirby. “The leadership she has shown to her team and commitment to our clients has been a tremendous asset to DCC. We are confident that our entire company will benefit greatly from her in this new role.”
Simpson joined DCC in 1999 as help desk manager. In 2000, she was promoted to director of customer service where she oversaw customer support for DCC’s hosting center, GIS department and training and documentation divisions. Prior to joining DCC, Simpson, a native of England, served as a project manager and customer service manager in the hospitality industry for 12 years.
