DCC Announces Strategic Partnership with COOP Systems

Industry Leaders Team Up to Offer Integrated Continuity Planning and Notification Solution for Commercial and Government Markets

Franklin, Tennessee – DCC (Dialogic Communications Corporation), the global leader in critical communications technology, today announced a strategic partnership with COOP Systems, a leading producer of continuity planning software, according to Gene Kirby, president and CEO of DCC.
Through this alliance, DCC and COOP Systems will develop an integrated solution for the commercial and government markets. The solution will combine DCC’s latest web-based emergency notification product, Communicator! NXT, with COOP Systems’ enterprise-class, web-based continuity planning software solution, myCOOP™.
Communicator! NXT automates the manual notification procedures associated with critical situations, including terrorism threats, evacuations, severe weather and corporate contingencies. myCOOP™ is cost-effective, simple-to-use continuity planning software designed for institutions with large and/or diverse operations. The integrated solutions will enable organizations to manage their entire continuity planning and recovery efforts from a single desktop computer.

Current DCC clients will be able to utilize myCOOP™ to maintain current notification information, including phone, pager, cell and fax numbers. The integration with myCOOP™ will also enable clients to maintain contact information that will be immediately reflected in Communicator! NXT, streamlining the initial notification phase, as well as the entire recovery process. New clients will have access to a seamless solution based on an advanced Microsoft® architecture using .NET, Windows, SQL Server and SharePoint™ technologies.
