DCC Names New Area Sales Manager
Franklin, TN
– DCC (Dialogic Communications Corp.) is proud to announce the promotion of Gretchen Mueller to Area Sales Manager (ASM), Corporate and Hosting Division.
In this role, Mueller is responsible for implementing proven - and establishing solid - sales methodologies, ultimately upholding DCC’s leadership in the ever-changing emergency notification market. As the ASM, she will expand and supervise a world-class sales team; identify and enter new vertical markets; and create opportunities that will augment the company’s already large, diverse customer base.

Mueller joined DCC over eight years ago, spearheading the company’s training department and developing fully accredited curriculum for customer education. In 2005, she transitioned into corporate and hosting sales. Mueller has a BS in Elementary Education from Old Dominion University and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University.
