Why you should attend the 2004 Frontwave Workshop

DCC’s Frontwave Workshop is an educational event for those who manage your company’s IVR system.

During this 2-day event, you’ll have the opportunity to gain a detailed knowledge of your IVR software and its environment. The program provides a classroom setting and will cover important aspects of the IVR, as well as information regarding IVR and Call Center enhancements.

	In-depth sessions on all aspects of Frontwave, including tips on how to make your system work better for you and short cuts so you can maximize your time.
	DCC partners, including ScanSoft®, the leading supplier of imaging, speech and language solutions, will be reviewing their products.
	One-on-one counseling sessions are available to anyone who wants personal assistance with their system.
	Focused discussions will be held on new additions and improvements to the Frontwave product suite.
	Event is hosted at the Aladdin Resort & Casino, the newest luxury hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.
	Daily prizes will be given away both days. Items will include a massage at Elemis spa, gaming chips for the casino and shopping packages for Desert Passage.
