DCC’s Frontwave Workshop is an educational event for those who manage your company’s IVR system.
During this 2-day event, you’ll have the opportunity to gain a detailed knowledge of your IVR software and its environment. The program provides a classroom setting and will cover important aspects of the IVR, as well as information regarding IVR and Call Center enhancements.

Daily prizes will be given away both days. Items will include a massage at Elemis spa, gaming chips for the casino and shopping packages for Desert Passage. |
